Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1n las \u00faltimas actualizaciones de la Red de Atenci\u00f3n Directa al Consumidor de Virginia (CDVA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coordinador de divulgaci\u00f3n de CDVA<strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Chris\u00f3n Fraser, es la Coordinadora de Divulgaci\u00f3n de CDVA. Chris\u00f3n, como Coordinadora de Divulgaci\u00f3n, sirve de enlace entre CDVA y las Agencias Facilitadoras de Servicios (AFS) y sus Facilitadores de Servicios (SF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En este puesto, Chris\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cree el perfil de su agencia en el sistema CDVA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adir y editar administradores de SF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayudar con el registro en el portal web de SF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayudar con las preguntas de inscripci\u00f3n de sus participantes y asistentes para garantizar una tramitaci\u00f3n puntual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00f3ngase en contacto con nuestra oficina de programas para recibir apoyo continuo durante una investigaci\u00f3n pendiente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A partir de ahora, env\u00ede todas sus preguntas a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"mailto:VAReferrals@consumerdirectcare.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VAReferrals@ConsumerDirectCare.com<\/a>. Una vez recibida su consulta, Chris\u00f3n le responder\u00e1 en un plazo de 24 horas laborables para confirmar la recepci\u00f3n de su solicitud y ofrecerle un plazo de resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n con los SF, hemos empezado:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reuniones virtuales mensuales con la direcci\u00f3n de CDVA y las agencias de SF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reuniones virtuales quincenales de instrucci\u00f3n tem\u00e1tica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formulario de solicitud de agente fiscal (FARF)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>El FARF se utiliza para comunicar un cambio que afectar\u00e1 a los servicios del Participante. Los auxiliares ver\u00e1n este aumento en su n\u00f3mina del 19 de julio de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00f3mina IVR<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro sistema IVR de n\u00f3minas es una opci\u00f3n de autoservicio para EOR<s>'<\/s>s para acceder a las horas enviadas y a los importes del relevo. Los asistentes tambi\u00e9n pueden acceder a los importes de las n\u00f3minas y a las horas presentadas. Los EOR y los asistentes pueden llamar y seguir las indicaciones del IVR para cualquier informaci\u00f3n relacionada con la n\u00f3mina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenemos n\u00fameros de tel\u00e9fono directos de Aetna, DMAS y Sentara Health Plans:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aetna 888-444-2418<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DMAS 888-444-8182<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentara Health Plans 888-444-2419<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Los usuarios necesitar\u00e1n su n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n CDVA de siete d\u00edgitos y su PIN cuando llamen. El PIN por defecto es 1234. Para cambiar el PIN, los EORS y los Asistentes pueden enviar un correo electr\u00f3nico a&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:infocdva@consumerdirectcare.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">InfoCDVA@ConsumerDirectCare.com<\/a>&nbsp;o llame al CDVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Actualizaci\u00f3n del registro en el portal web DirectMyCare<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos los nuevos usuarios se registran autom\u00e1ticamente en el portal web DirectMyCare. S\u00f3lo tienen que completar el proceso de validaci\u00f3n. El proceso de registro de los coordinadores de cuidados, los representantes designados y los SF no ha cambiado. Seguir\u00e1n teniendo que completar el registro normal en DirectMyCare.com. Este documento ofrece una explicaci\u00f3n del papel y las responsabilidades del EOR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Baja por enfermedad<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Se han transferido a CDVA los saldos de baja por enfermedad de los auxiliares que pasaron a Optima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Actualizar la informaci\u00f3n de la Agencia<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Los SF deben crear una cuenta en el portal web DirectMyCare para tener acceso a los Clientes asociados bajo la agencia. Si hay alg\u00fan SF que no tenga acceso al portal web DirectMyCare, an\u00edmele a que se registre. El administrador de la agencia debe informar a CDVA de cualquier SF que deba estar asociado a su agencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por favor, aseg\u00farese de actualizar toda la informaci\u00f3n de la agencia con CDVA incluyendo correos electr\u00f3nicos, direcciones, n\u00fameros de tel\u00e9fono y SFs activos dentro de su agencia.
