Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1n las \u00faltimas actualizaciones de la Red de Atenci\u00f3n Directa al Consumidor de Virginia (CDVA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conozca al nuevo coordinador de divulgaci\u00f3n de CDVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soy Chris\u00f3n Fraser, la nueva Coordinadora de Divulgaci\u00f3n de CDVA. Como Coordinadora de Divulgaci\u00f3n, soy el enlace de CDVA con las Agencias Facilitadoras de Servicios (AFS) y sus Facilitadores de Servicios (SF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En este puesto, yo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cree el perfil de su agencia en el sistema CDVA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayudar con las preguntas de inscripci\u00f3n a sus clientes y asistentes para garantizar una tramitaci\u00f3n puntual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adir y editar administradores de SF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayudar con el registro en el portal web de SF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00f3ngase en contacto con nuestra oficina de programas para recibir apoyo continuo durante una investigaci\u00f3n pendiente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A partir de ahora, env\u00ede todas sus preguntas a<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:VAReferrals@consumerdirectcare.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VAReferrals@ConsumerDirectCare.com<\/a>. Una vez recibida su consulta, le responder\u00e9 en un plazo de 24 horas laborables para confirmar la recepci\u00f3n de su solicitud y un plazo de resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n con los SF, estamos trabajando en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reuniones virtuales quincenales en formato de grupos de trabajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantizar que el coordinador de divulgaci\u00f3n o un supervisor atienden las solicitudes de devoluci\u00f3n de llamada en un plazo de 24 horas laborables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reuniones mensuales con la direcci\u00f3n del CDVA en las agencias de SF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayuntamientos y m\u00e1s material de formaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un honor para m\u00ed desempe\u00f1ar este cargo y espero poder influir positivamente en las comunidades a las que servimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Actualizaci\u00f3n del registro en el portal web DirectMyCare<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos los nuevos usuarios se registran autom\u00e1ticamente en el portal web DirectMyCare. S\u00f3lo tienen que completar el proceso de validaci\u00f3n. El proceso de registro de los coordinadores de cuidados, los representantes designados y los SF no ha cambiado. Cuando reciba el c\u00f3digo de verificaci\u00f3n, introd\u00fazcalo y haga clic en&nbsp;<strong>Verifique<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduzca y confirme una nueva contrase\u00f1a y haga clic en&nbsp;<strong>Contin\u00fae en<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduzca los cuatro \u00faltimos d\u00edgitos de su n\u00famero de la Seguridad Social y pulse&nbsp;<strong>Contin\u00fae en<\/strong>&nbsp;para conectarse correctamente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El empresario de registro 101 One-Pager<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/link.edgepilot.com\/s\/1498d8eb\/CR9GjCk-SkSBmcQXDMEbFA?u=http:\/\/www.consumerdirectva.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Employer-of-Record-101_20230306.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Empleador registrado (EOR) 101 one-pager<\/a>&nbsp;est\u00e1 disponible en&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.consumerdirectva.com\/es\/training-materials\/\">Material de formaci\u00f3n<\/a>&nbsp;de la p\u00e1gina web del CDVA. Este documento ofrece una explicaci\u00f3n del papel y las responsabilidades del EOR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Baja por enfermedad<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ser elegible, un asistente debe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trabajar una media de 20 horas a la semana o 90 horas al mes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que el EOR apruebe todas las horas trabajadas como m\u00e1ximo 20 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del final del trimestre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el Asistente cumple estos criterios, ganar\u00e1 una hora de baja por enfermedad por cada 30 horas trabajadas. La baja por enfermedad debe introducirse a trav\u00e9s del portal web DirectMyCare. Cualquier Asistente con baja por enfermedad no utilizada al final del a\u00f1o fiscal puede transferir hasta 40 horas al siguiente a\u00f1o fiscal. La baja por enfermedad puede utilizarse en incrementos de 15 minutos. Los asistentes pueden seguir utilizando estas horas durante el proceso de elegibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se han transferido a CDVA los saldos de baja por enfermedad de los auxiliares que pasaron a Optima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Actualizar la informaci\u00f3n de la Agencia<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Los SF deben crear una cuenta en el portal web DirectMyCare para tener acceso a los Clientes asociados bajo la agencia. Si hay alg\u00fan SF que no tenga acceso al portal web DirectMyCare, an\u00edmele a que se registre. El administrador de la agencia debe informar a CDVA de cualquier SF que deba estar asociado a su agencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por favor, aseg\u00farese de actualizar toda la informaci\u00f3n de la agencia con CDVA incluyendo correos electr\u00f3nicos, direcciones, n\u00fameros de tel\u00e9fono y SFs activos dentro de su agencia.
