El CareAttend IVR se considera el m\u00e9todo alternativo para EVV. Los turnos deber\u00e1n ser aprobados por el EOR a trav\u00e9s del IVR o del portal web DirectMyCare de CDVA. Si no puede utilizar el IVR de CareAttend, deber\u00e1 introducir el turno en el portal web y enviarlo al EOR para su aprobaci\u00f3n. El EOR tendr\u00e1 que revisar y aprobar el tiempo en el portal web. Este tipo de env\u00edo de tiempo debe pasar por un proceso de excepci\u00f3n. El tiempo presentado manualmente en el portal web por el Asistente NO cumple con EVV. Las entradas manuales de tiempo ser\u00e1n supervisadas por DMAS y las MCOs.
