Ang mga numerong ito ay ipapadala sa mga Employer pagkatapos matanggap ng CDCN ang kumpletong Employer Enrollment Packet o Attendant Enrollment Packet. Para sa mga bagong attendant, ang ID number ay ililista sa sulat ng kumpirmasyon ng pagpapatala ng CDCN na ipapadala sa Employer pagkatapos makumpleto ang pagpapatala ng attendant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kung hindi mo pa natatanggap ang iyong mga numero ng ID sa loob ng dalawang (2) linggo mula sa pagsusumite ng kumpletong mga pakete ng pagpapatala, mangyaring tawagan ang CDCN.
