Ako ay isang bagong Employer of Record at gusto kong i-enroll ang aking sarili o ang aking Consumer sa mga serbisyo.

Gusto kong magpatala bilang bagong Attendant para magbigay ng pangangalaga para sa isang umiiral nang CDVA Consumer.
Gusto kong magpatala bilang isang Attendant para magbigay ng pangangalaga para sa isang Consumer na nakatrabaho ko sa ibang F/EA.
Hindi ako nakatira sa aking mamimili at gusto kong magsumite ng oras.
Nakatira ako sa aking Consumer at gusto kong matutunan kung paano magsumite ng oras gamit ang portal ng DirectMyCare.

Gusto kong intindihin ang sweldo ko.

Gusto kong tulungan ang aking mga Consumer na magpatala sa mga serbisyo.

Nagpalit ng employer ang Consumer ko.

Isa akong bagong Service Facilitator at gustong matuto pa.

Ang My Consumer ay bago sa mga serbisyong Consumer-Directed.

Ang aking Consumer ay lumilipat mula sa isa pang F/EA.

Gumawa ng sarili mong survey ng feedback ng user

Gusto kong pamahalaan ang impormasyon ng aking ahensya sa sistema ng CDVA.

Ang mga Service Facilitator ay may kakayahang tingnan ang kanilang mga case load sa DirectMyCare portal.
