The CDCN portal is Consumer Direct’s online portal to submit time shifts, view utilization information and access documents. You can ac- cess the portal by visiting www.ConsumerDirectVA.com and clicking on Resources and selecting CDCN Portal.

When can I register on the CDCN Web Portal?

Parties should register once they receive their Welcome Letter (CL/EOR) or Enrollment Confirmation Letter (CG). Attempting to register prior to enrollment can cause errors or delays.
