To ensure you are paid for all hours worked during the emergency response, please have all time entered on the web portal, DirectMyCare.com, by September 1, 2021.
Proof of Residence for Live-in Attendants Required by June 30, 2021: Proof of residence is required for Attendants with live-in status. The deadline to submit proof of residence is June 30, 2021. Examples of proof of residence include, but are not limited to: driver’s license, utility or phone bill, credit card or banking statement, or voter registration card. Please submit proof of residence for live-in status verification to InfoCDVA@ConsumerDirectCare.com. If proof of residence is not received by the June 30 deadline, the Attendant’s payments may be put on hold until documentation is received.
Hazard Pay Update: Attendants who worked anytime between March 12, 2020 and June 30, 2020 will receive a hazard payment of $1,500. The $1,500 is the amount before any taxes are taken out. This will be a one-time payment. Read more
Payroll Reminder: All shifts must be approved and submitted by the employer by 11:59 pm on the Friday prior to pay day. Please see the 2021 Payroll Calendar for more information.
