Customer Service Hours – Holiday Schedule: Consumer Direct Care Network Virginia Customer Service will be unavailable on the following days:
- Thursday, November 26, 2020 (Thanksgiving)
- Saturday, November 28, 2020
- Friday, December 25, 2020 (Christmas)
- Saturday, December 26, 2020
- Friday, January 1, 2021 (New Year’s Day)
- Saturday January 2, 2021
Payroll IVR will remain available to use during the office closures. The Payroll IVR is a self-service option you can use by calling 888.444.8182. Employers can access hours submitted and respite amounts. Attendants can access pay amounts and hours submitted.
Hazard Pay Update: Attendants who worked anytime between March 12, 2020 and June 30, 2020 will receive a hazard payment of $1,500. The $1,500 is the amount before any taxes are taken out. This will be a one-time payment. Read more
Payroll Reminder: All shifts must be approved and submitted by the employer by 11:59 pm on the Friday prior to pay day. Please see the 2020 Payroll Calendar for more information.

Effective January 4, paper timesheets are no longer accepted. You can submit your shifts using the EVV CellTrak mobile app or IVR (landline) service. For manual adjustments or late shifts, you can enter shifts using the CDCN web portal. Please note, shifts entered in the web portal are not EVV compliant and will be monitored by DMAS.
