Some Android users are experiencing issues with their apps after updating to the Android 15 operating system. Users have reported issues downloading apps, including CareAttend, from the Google Play Store. Google is aware of the problem and is working on a solution. We are launching a new Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) mobile app. The new app is CareAttend. CareAttend will replace CellTrak on January 1, 2025. Attendants can now get set up with the new app. All non live-in Attendants must get set up with CareAttend. Clocking in and out with EVV is required by the 21st Century Cures Act. Learn more
