Attention Molina Members: Molina will no longer be your Managed Care Organization. Your new Managed Care Organization will be Humana, and they will continue working with Consumer Direct Care Network Virginia (CDVA).
- For work done on or before Monday, June 30, 2025: Make sure all hours are submitted to CDVA and approved by your employer by 11:59p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. The last paycheck from CDVA for work with Molina Health Plan members will be on Friday, July 18, 2025.
- For work done on or after Tuesday, July 1, 2025: Submit your hours to the Fiscal Management company that handles payments for your new health plan.
Please Note: Final time submission cut-off is August 1, 2025.
Effective January 1, 2025:
- Attendants must document daily tasks performed during each shift in the Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) system regardless of live in status. Payment will only be made for services that are documented in the plan of care. Unauthorized tasks performed by the Attendant may be subject to payback.
- Attendants must submit tasks performed and shifts within 30 calendar days from the date of service. If shifts are not submitted within 30 calendar days, the shifts may be denied unless the shifts meet one of the four (4) exceptions. Review this FAQ document for a list of exceptions.
