Fiscal/Employer Agent Services

Consumer Direct Care Network Virginia serves as the Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) for qualifying older adults and people with disabilities who self-direct their in-home care. We understand that you are the expert when it comes to the care you need. As the F/EA, we are here to support your choices.

We specialize in services and supports that allow you choice and control so you can remain safe, healthy, and independent in your home and community.

  • Attendant Record Retention
  • Processing of Time and Paychecks
  • Withholding and Filing of Employer and Attendant Payroll Taxes
  • Compliance with Federal and State Rules and Regulations
  • Providing Spending Summaries

We support you while you self-direct your care.

Consumer Direct Care Network Virginia works with Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Service (DMAS) and with managed care organizations to support self-directing individuals enrolled in the following waivers:

I want to enroll or help my Consumer enroll in services.

I want to approve time submitted by my Attendant(s).

I am a new Employer of Record and want to enroll myself or my Consumer in services.

I want to enroll as an Attendant to provide care for a Consumer that I worked with at another F/EA.

The final payday in 2025 for CDVA will be on December 19, 2025.
