Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Training

Consumer Direct Care Network Virginia (CDVA) hosts Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) training sessions throughout May 2025. The next training will take place on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
CDVA EVV training will include:
- How to use CDVA systems
- EVV requirements
- Which system will work best for you
- Demonstration of EVV systems – IVR and CareAttend
EVV is a federal requirement. If you do not live with the member, you are required to submit shifts through IVR or CareAttend.
