Consumer Direct Care Network Virginia (CDVA) is partnering with Molina Healthcare to provide Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) services.

Participants and Attendants will transition from ACES$ to CDVA on October 31, 2024.

In preparation for this change, please be on the look-out for emails from CDVA and DocuSign. These emails will include important information about this transition as well as a link to a transition packet. You will complete the packet online. It’s important to complete it as soon as you can. Watch your inbox. We want you to be ready for the transition to CDVA.

How to Prepare Now

Here are a few things you can do now to make this change simple:

Participants/Employers of Record

• Tell your Attendant(s) about this change.
• Lookout for the email with your transition packet. The email will come from DocuSign. Please complete the packet as soon as you can.
• Watch your inbox for more information about the change and how to get setup with CDVA’s systems.

Attendants

• Be on the lookout for the email with your transition packet. The email will come from DocuSign. Please complete the packet as soon as you can.
• If possible, have the following ready. You’ll need them to complete your packet.
  • A voided check to get your CDVA pay via direct deposit.
  • NOTE: These steps are important if there have been recent changes to your information.
