W-2s will be mailed to the address we have on file as of December 15, 2022. Please update your address with us if you have moved. To update your address, fill out the Attendant Information Change Form and email it to InfoCDVA@ConsumerDirectCare.com.
Once it is ready, you can also access your W-2 online through ADP. There are two ways to access ADP.
- Visit myADP.com directly.
- Log in to DirectmyCare.com and click the link on the My Dashboard screen.
