We heard your feedback. To reduce time held due to exceeding the authorization, effective 1/16/20 we will begin rounding time according to the allowable Department of Labor rules.
Time punched in 7 minutes or less will be rounded back to the quarter hour and 8 minutes or more will be rounded forward to the quarter hour. For example, if you clock in at 10:07 your time will be rounded back to 10:00. If you clock in at 10:08 your time will be rounded forward to 10:15.
Rounding this time will decrease the time currently held for going over the authorization and will assure that more allowable time is paid on pay day.
